It is said that some people are born to entertain; David Sincere Aiken is one of those people. Born and raised in South Jamaica Queens, David Sincere got his first lead role at the age of 8 when he played young Jay Z in the music video, "Wishing on a Star". Fueled by his passion for entertainment, David Sincere began formal dance training in his neighborhood dance studio, at the age of 13. He conditioned himself taking weekly classes, which consisted of Ballet, Jazz, Tap, African, and variety of, Contemporary and Modern styles. In high school (Benjamin N. Cardozo), he developed a love for choreographing and created a hip-hop dance company called Queenz Finest. Under David Sincere’s leadership, Queenz Finest, a competitive dance crew, won several competitions in all 5 boroughs of New York. The company has made televised appearances on BET's "106 N' Park", NBC's "Show time at the Apollo", and TV2's "Good Morning Denmark". After finding local success, Queenz Finest was also afforded the opportunity to travel and showcase their talents at places such as Washington D.C, Atlanta, Florida, Los Angeles, and London.
As David Sincere gained more professional performance experience, he received chances to work with many recording artist; Chaka Kahn, Smokey Robinson, Beyoncé Knowles, Pharrell, Daft Punk, Brandy, Ashanti, Nicola Roberts, and Teyana Taylor to name a few. Additionally, he traveled on tour with Keyshia Cole in 2012. David Sincere’s choreography skills opened many doors helping him begin and build an acting career with lead roles in Barbados musical "Love, Life, and Happy Endings" and Stepp Stewart's "Show N' Tell" kids musical.
This New York native currently resides on the west coast in Los Angeles, California working with television star Wayne Brady. David Sincere not only dances and assists with choreography on tour, he also played a principle role in Brady's #1 rated Las Vegas variety show "Making It Up". The variety show included many improv scenes with Wayne Brady and partner Johnathan Magnun that showcased David Sincere’s quick wit and talent. As Wayne Brady's lead dancer, David Sincere has appeared on many television shows with him, including "The Wendy Williams Show, Let's Make a Deal, The View, Dancing With The Stars and the NAACP Image Awards."
This determined young up-and-coming artist is making his way to the top through faith, dedication, and hard work. You can catch David Sincere on small screen in MTV's "Made" coaching a small town dance team, "Majestic Crew" from Madison, Wisconsin, an episode of CW’s 90210 and he also appears dancing in a Sensa commercial". Recently, David SIncere has been working with musician and "America's Best Dance Crew" judge, Lil Mama. He has choreographed her most recent music video "Scrawberry", her world-renowned introduction back into the music game, directed by Phil Lee.
David Sincere is destined to succeed as he expands his talents and knowledge about different fields of entertainment. Since being exposed to the Hollywood lifestyle, David Sincere has accepted modeling opportunities, which resulted in two national billboard advertisements for Vitamin Water and Heineken, and a Bud Light print ad.
David Sincere's latest venture is making music, working with Producer/DJ Timbo, he debuted and released his first single "The Reject", on iTunes this past summer, the viral video for which has helped him become a YouTube sensation. Branching out from under the wings of other artists, David Sincere Aiken is taking time to finesse his transition into a visual artist, expressing his distinctive style of dance through his own music and videos.
